Duplicating ammo problem

If I have a loaded weapon and I have one more round in my inventory, just hit the J key, quickly throw the weapon on the ground with the Q key and wait for the full round to be added to your inventory before picking up the weapon. That way you have duplicate bullets. Please fix it up.
