Most sites have about us, portfolio, blog and contact us sections. Some are more detailed about their process etc.

I like the idea of individual illustrations of us or a creative photo with a brief blurb on each of us, so they can get to know us. Some sites don't have the "about us" section, but the ones that do seem more legit for some reason. Solidifying the person/business. They aren't afraid of who they are. More personable. This would act as a brief bio and background.
