This repository contains the code for the application of several dynamic FC and activity methods to the NC portion of the Leipzig Mind-Body-Brain dataset in search of correlates between neuroimaging data and retrospective data.
So far, this work is only available as a pre-print on the BioRxiv server, titled: "In-Scanner Thoughts shape Resting-state Functional Connectivity: how participants 'rest' matters".
