Usage in Xamarin

I'm trying to work with ninject in a Xamarin forms project. But I get an Exception: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: path1

My Code so far:

public partial class App : Application
{
    public App()
    {
        IKernel nInject = new StandardKernel(new DependencyBindings());

        InitializeComponent();
        MainPage = new LoginPage();
    }
}

class DependencyBindings : NinjectModule
{
    public override void Load()
    {
        Bind<IPageService>().To<PageService>();
        Bind<IAuthenticationService>().To<AuthenticationService>();
    }
}

Frankly I have no clue how to get started with Ninject. The Wiki seems to exactly do what I did.
