Every command ran should have "timeout" #8

Currently we haphazardly apply timeout to some commands by not others:

Applied:
https://github.com/nithu0115/eks-logs-collector/blob/master/eks-log-collector.sh#L451

Not-Applied:
https://github.com/nithu0115/eks-logs-collector/blob/master/eks-log-collector.sh#L465

We need to find some type of option to have every command get applied with timeout.
