OBSID's nov2022-present aren't found #51

Any OBSIDs from November 2022-present currently cannot be queried on the testing host.
This is likely due to one of the following:

  • Astroquery caching
  • uncontrollable issues @ the HEASARC

Astroquery default caching is set to one week so it is likely not the culprit here, however will test clearing the HEASARC's cache.

Clearing cache fixed this issue, will need to add conf support in future versions to automatically clear caching.
