You can try the installer, it has everything setup and requires no playing with with anaconda/R interaction. https://github.com/nlmixrdevelopment/nlmixr/releases/tag/v1.1.1-3 If you wish to use the development version you can use:
The development version does not require python at all. |

I tried this way but it didn't work. Then I reinstalled everything about R
studio and base R. I don’t know how to fix it. Every time it shows error

RxODE and nlmixr is not getting installed on R version 4 even after installing miniconda (python and other dependencies)
I went through previous issues related to this installation problem. But nothing turned out useful. Please help me to sort out the issue. I uninstalled R and reinstalled it, even did not worked.
