Characterize

The main aim of Characterize is to reduce the size of the image drastically by converting it into its corresponding visual text while preserving its meaning.

Steps for local setup

1. first fork the repo
2. write following command in your terminal:

git clone https://github.com/nobi1007/characterize-webapp

Back-end Setup

Issue following commands:

1. create a virtul env

virtualenv my_virt_env
source my_virt_env/bin/activate  
cd characterize-webapp

2. install requirements

pip3 install -r requirements.txt`

3. start the app

python3 app_server.py
