Document existing black box solvers exposed in NoirJS

Problem

Certain black box solvers are now exposed in NoirJS with #3295, where users can now execute and solve for return values of the supported black box functions in JavaScript environments.

They are however not currently documented in the Noir Docs.

Happy Case

Albeit the solvers currently supported covers only a subset of all black box functions, it is definitely worthwhile to document and announce them as is to:

• Close the gap for users that have shown interest in making use of them sooner than later
• Gauge community interest in expanding coverage to other black box functions --> task prioritization

They can be documented on perhaps the Reference page, where further examples could be supplemented down the road with separate GitHub Issue(s).
