Different speeds for arrows interactions vs. autoplay

I'm implementing a Swiper slider in my website using JavaScript. I have two specific requirements:

1. I want to set different transition speeds for autoplay slides and for slides triggered by button clicks. How can I achieve this?
2. I want the navigation buttons to remain active and functional even while a slide transition is in progress. Currently, they seem to be disabled during transitions. How can I enable this behavior?

Can you provide a code example or explain how to modify my Swiper configuration to meet these requirements? I'm using the latest version of Swiper.js.
