System requirement

  • Windows 10/11 64-bit
  • .NET Framework 4.5 (already installed)

Installation

There's two options, just pick one

  • EXE setup (recommended) - easy to install with setup wizard
  • ZIP portable - extract and install the VDD driver first, then run the app

Warning

The EXE application is not signed, so it could be flagged as malware.

Custom resolution

By clicking on the Custom button, allows you to add custom resolution and refresh rate up to 5 slots.
This action requires admin to modify the system registry key.
You need to re-plug the virtual display to apply changes (#14).

Adding virtual display

Just click the Add display button to add a virtual display.
You can [right] click on the display item to show the context menu.

Display context menu

  • Change resolution
  • Change display orientation
  • Change display refresh rate
  • Take screenshot (bugged on high DPI #12)

Tray icon context menu

  • Query the driver status
  • (Quick) Add display
  • (Quick) Remove the last display
  • Run on startup
  • Fallback display: add a virtual display when no monitor available
  • Keep screen on: stop screen saver
