I wanted to add language support a while ago but since I didn't think anyone would want to translate it and I didn't really have much time adding that seemed kinda pointless and it would also overcomplicate things -_-
right now I don't have much free time to even fix bugs.
I might add language support in the summer.

Hey,
Implementing this needs a full refactor of the code.
I've been really busy with my university over the past year (have an important exam in two weeks) and also there were more important issues (especially with newer versions of anki) that I had to work on.

This feature hasn't been my highest priority -_-
But I'll be free in summer, I'll see if I can implement this without breaking the whole add-on then.
