Ingredients:

Saute

  • 300g of Thin sliced beef (for fondue)
  • 4 clusters of asian style noodles
  • 1/2 cup of edamames
  • 1 broccoli, cut in branches
  • 1 zucchini, cut in slices
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped

Note : For fancy people you can replace the broccoli by a sliced bok choy.

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp of VH honey & garlic

Steps :

  1. Put olive oil in a large pan or wok at medium heat
  2. Cook garlic and onion for 2 minutes
  3. Add broccoli to cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add zucchini and beef and cook until tender
  5. In a small pot bring water to boil, turn off the heat and add the noodles and edamames for 3 minutes
  6. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients and whisk until the brown sugar is dissolved in the mix
  7. When the noodles and edamames are ready, add them to the wok
  8. Stir in the sauce and serve
