The request validation utility should validate the timestamp sent in embedded app and proxy requests. It should use a default timespan of 2 minutes, and if the timestamp is outside of that range it should either return false or possibly throw an exception. If the user chooses not to validate the timestamp, they can pass
Timeout.InfiniteTimeSpan
.Doing this would match Shopify's own Python package implementation.
