samples: bluetooth: peripheral_uart: Add conf build on 54H radio core
Add configuration that allows to build the sample application on the nRF54H20 radio core. That presents possibility to run BLE firmware and use the nRF54h20 application core for other purposes. Signed-off-by: Piotr Pryga <piotr.pryga@nordicsemi.no>
