Looks like there is a 2023 product available. See: https://www.gebco.net/data_and_products/gridded_bathymetry_data/

The 2023 product is for the global grid, which includes IBCAO. There is a v4.2 of IBCAO released August 2022 though.

It would be nice to include bathymetry for the whole of our background boundary...I'll try reprojecting and clipping the global grid. If that fails or proves to be too large we can make sure that we have the latest version of IBCAO.

Going with the GEBCO 2023 grid makes sense (PR #584) because it allows us to cover the full extent of our background boundary.
