Description
Adds two new WMST layers (our first timeseries layers 🎉): "MODIS Aqua true color" and "MODIS Terra true color".
ON HOLD for now because of an issue with the temporal range for these layers not updating dynamically. See qgis/QGIS#54043 for context.
