Release of OpenEMPIRE accompanying the paper submission (revision round 2) for SoftwareX's Special Issue on Energy System Models.

Changes:

  • environment.yml now contain minimum versions of third-party packages, not specific versions
  • Added support for solver GPLK both to have an open source solver alternative and as preparation for continuous integration testing (Issue #9)
