Added my name, role, responsibilities and picture. Also quick change to due date regex when I noticed, it checks for dd-mm-yyyy format
Replace details of Martin Choo with Shao Yun
Not ready for merge because despite the application being able to run, not all tests are passing. 16/92 failures with nearly all being attributed to nullFilePath or nullAddressBook assertion failure.
