Added the following items in this PR:

  1. new command , SortCommand that sort the person list alphabetically by their name by creating a SortCommand class and also make necessary changes to other classes for the implementation(for example Parser Class)
  2. updated UserGuide regarding SortCommand
  3. add new Junit test for the execution SortCommand and new parser test for SortCommand
