NUT Power up显示Bug #335

在Walnut v2测试网切换账户将NUT Power up为NP后，交易成功，但NP数量并未显示出现，刷新2遍后依然如此，改Bug有待解决。

打算重新NUT Power up的时候，发现所拥有得NUT并未减少，这里有很明显的Bug存在。
