There should be a simple drag-n-drop of a file to view/edit with the ability to:

save the contents
preview (in browser)
run it (if from one of NWR supported languages)
ability to open a file from the FS

DinisCruz added the enhancement label

DinisCruz added plugin and removed enhancement labels
