This version adds and fixes the following:

• Fixes the bug with providers_api
• Changes the plugin id from com.phonegap.plugins.oauthio to com.oauthio.plugins.oauthio
• Adds the popup close event management
• OAuth.clearCache() clears all providers when called without an argument
