Closes #1755. Removes broken "Git command-line overview" link from
README.md. I didn't replace it with anything, as none of the possible replacement links mentioned in the issue looked like a 1:1 match for the content that used to be linked here, and the first link in the Git section is a link to Git command-line documentation, so I think we're still covered on that front.
