Please help with this very simple native library

Build command: ./build_msys2-clang.sh foo and mv foo.dll libobjk_foo.dll

libobjk_foo.dll is moved into objeck-lang/core/release/deploy-msys2-clang/lib/native

Test program:

Compiled with: obc -src bar.obs -lib foo

I have no idea why it's always failed with >>> Runtime error calling function: load_lib <<< when I run the program with obr bar.

Missing load_lib and unload_lib. I used to think they are optional.
