Proposed Change

  • Bump opamp to v0.17.0
  • The agent will now generate a UUIDv7 on startup if agent ID is not present (in accordance with the OpAMP spec)
  • Legacy agents that have ULID IDs will retain their old ID.
  • Adds heartbeat reporting as a capability of the agent
    • Note: We still have a todo here, where we should attempt reconnect if the agent doesn't send us a message in some allotted amount of time.
