The goal here is to have a standard way, without requiring a Group Policy (which is not available in all of my environments I test this on), to implement some "must-have" or "helpful for non-technical users" configuration fixes I can apply to machines and see from the server have been applied.

I've implemented one: Disabling the Run Dialog.

However, I'd like to implement several more, which I will start documenting here:

  • Disable Chrome extensions and Notifications API
  • Disable Edge extensions and Notifications API
  • Disable Firefox extensions and Notifications API
