(Big!) Model servers in addition to platforms

The egeria operator currently only models Egeria platforms. This is the level that is deployed, scaled, monitored.
A server is merely a config of the server, and is used to ensure config files are available to the platform, and each is configured to start automatically.

However no monitoring or control is provided at the server level.

To do so would be complex, but would be more consistent with Egeria's platform/server model
