Testing release 2.10 / Rex / coco

After running a variety of lab notebooks various entities are present in egeria.

Performing a search on cocoMDS1, enterirprise, for the search string .'*' produces a number of hits - 90 instances
This includes medical trial data - CSVs, with relationships to, for example, the directory structure.
These connections are not being visualized in any way on the graph

This may be intentional

So then

when selecting one of the 'Week ..... csv' assets and attempting to navigate relationships explicitly, the following screen does not allow the selection of any check boxes, nor is Select All active

If OK is pressed anywhere, we do eventually see one further step of relationship, though the overall layout remains very confusing (probably due to having 90 entities) - with lots of horiz/vertical bunching

If instead a single asset is started with, then navigation does work ok, so this is more a user & scaling issue than a bug per se

Related, after doing a search for all entities, the resulting search is flat - with limited ability to filter (it can be done beforehand only). for example after importing from postgres:

The results are not sorted.

I accept this was a wildcard search, but it would be useful to be able to narrow down the results iteratively

Here's an example where I have iteratively navigated to discover how the postgres connector is importing metadata - it's getting slow and awkward to navigate. Also the physics is a bit odd - elements are drifting off the screen.

There are also no scroll bars on the graphical canvas so getting to anything that's drifted off isn't easy

"There are also no scroll bars on the graphical canvas so getting to anything that's drifted off isn't easy". I assume you can drag the canvas to see that content.

I wasn't able to drag the canvas from memory or trying with current panes (I don't have the postgres data loaded)

This remains a scalability issue - the UI grinds to a halt, and also drives the system CPU to 100% (one thread) in trying to render (safari) with only a reasonable number of elements
