This extension shows an icon on pages that have "accesskey" based shortcuts. On clicking that icon, a popup listing the keyboard shortcuts of the page appears, together with the text of what the shortcuts activate.
The extension can be downloaded already packed from Opera's extension repository. It works for both chrome and opera, and other chromium based browsers.
