Describe the bug

unwanted . in the ambulance no field in shift detail page
unwanted bottom page scroller in the patient detail page

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior

Remove . and add a space in the ambulance no field in shift detail page
Remove the button scroller in the patient detail page
