Sample test uploaded files are not present in the sample details page

Describe the bug

In the sample test module, once the test is completed and you upload the report, The pop-up is getting submitted, but when you go to the particular patients sample details page, and check the file section in the bottom, it is not showing the uploaded file

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ['...'](https://care.coronasafe.in/sample/
2. update the sample test status to complete and upload a file
3. once completed, open the sample details page and scroll to the bottom
4. See error

Expected behavior

All the uploaded files related to the sample test should be visible on the sample detail page bottom in the file upload section
