Switch bed in consultation page is malfunctioning

Describe the bug

When we switch bed in the consultation page, even though the patient bed is switched, the page is not getting auto refreshed to show the latest bed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/f76e09f5-1ff8-486e-bac7-08a31da66a35/patient/4ae3b7de-800d-4b41-8ac9-00dbb741fe9f/consultation/ac0d245d-0b57-4a3f-845d-bad49c9c1160/update
2. Scroll down to bottom and change the bed
3. See error

Expected behavior

Upon, switching the bed, the page should auto-reload and should show the updated bed in the bottom of the consultation page
