Describe the bug

Based on the admission date, (15/07/2023), they shouldn't be able to go before that date in the discharge pop-up

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/05fcf441-48b2-4d90-9389-f9ab9af107d5/patient/cb4abc41-0774-46f4-96d0-70910b838f03/consultation/8c3e2fca-bc7b-4031-a808-3b51574f816d
  2. Click on date on the expired column and go to left side in the year calendar
  3. See error

Expected behavior

  • disable the left button, for the year calendar, in the discharge pop-up of patient, if they can't access it
