Log update date and time field is malfunctioning

Describe the bug

When we open a patient log-update from the patient consultation page, it is not showing the present time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://care.coronasafe.in/facility/05fcf441-48b2-4d90-9389-f9ab9af107d5/patient/3a9d9da3-b197-4192-8a09-d6d2ecc9bc0e/consultation/06b5c71a-787a-4e39-b10e-9a523eb7b625
2. Click on log update
3. See the date and time auto filled
4. See error

Expected behavior

The date and time auto-fetched in the log-update should be present time.
