ICD-11 has groupings within it.

Currently in CARE is user is able to select "Gastroenteritis or colitis of infectious origin " as a diagnosis. But this is not right. "Gastroenteritis or colitis of infectious origin " is a group of diagnosis and not a diagnosis. The User must be able to select only diagnosis.

It can be easily understood as the items with the ICD-11 code.

@gigincg Please comment. Would migration be a pain here?
