Bump xml2js and applicationinsights (#6)

Removes [xml2js](https://github.com/Leonidas-from-XIV/node-xml2js). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [applicationinsights](https://github.com/microsoft/ApplicationInsights-node.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `xml2js`

Updates `applicationinsights` from 2.3.5 to 2.5.1
