This should fix issues people are having with dataviewJS.
For dataviewjs codeblocks we are now waiting for the content to render. (If it takes more than 500 milliseconds, we skip it)
For inline dataviewjs, I've found that different methods needs to be used for different formats. We now try up to 3 approaches until we get a result.
