aws batch executor jobs showing up as failing #11

submitted jobs using the aws batch executor show as failed even though sketches are being created and moved to the designated outdir location.

Logs for failing jobs say The user-provided path .command.log does not exist.

A possible solution could involve changing the Dockerfile to grant write permissions to USER main

Addressed by this a8fdf0e but not sure if it's fully fixed yet
