Option to avoid CORS proxy?

I was using this on the following RSS feed https://mastodon.social/@ithacasocialcircle.rss

however it fails:

GET https://cors.rosano.ca/https://mastodon.social/@ithacasocialcircle.rss 403 (Forbidden)

if I access https://cors.rosano.ca/https://mastodon.social/@ithacasocialcircle.rss I get

Missing required request header. Must specify one of: origin,x-requested-with

in any case, I think mastodon allows cors so it's not needed? is there a way to tell OSFeedbox to make the request directly?

This works fine in the browser for me:
