Suite de composants 3D pour Delphi Firemonkey
In this fork of FMX 3D component suite GBE3D by Gregory Bersegeay, TGBEPlaneExtend was extentded to enable the SailboatDemo. It features a sailboat 3d model with adjustable sails, a dynamic sea surface with floating objects.
Original repository is at https://github.com/gbegreg/GBE3D ( Visit it and give it a star! )
changes in this fork:
- edited GBEPlaneExtend.pas - Moved the wave part to a separate object - TWaveSystem - that can be shared by multiple sea surface planes.
- new components added to GBE3D design package: TWaveSystem, TOceanSurface and TomSailSurface.
- new files omSailSurface.pas and GBE_Om_OceanWaves.pas
- new demo app SailboatDemo
TWaveSystem is a non-visual component. It uses 5 overlapping senoid waves to animate the surface points. Each wave has properties: Amplitude, Vitesse, Longeur and Origine (a TPoint3d). WaveSystem returns the z coodinate, given a (x,y).
TOceanSurface is a dynamic rectangular surface with points w/ movement in the Z-axis (vertical). It has a WaveSystem field. Multiple TOceanSurfaces can share the same TWaveSystem. TOceanSurface initially descended from TGBEPlaneExtend, but I changed to TPlane to be able to separate the wave system. Some code copied from TGBEPlaneExtend.
TomSailSurface is a 3d sail mesh object for main and jib sails. It supports sails with a straight side (main, jib, genoa) and more simetric sails (spinaker, code 0). Sail surface profile can be set with a 2D polygonal.
Added a Firemonkey 3d demo to GBE3D/Demos using ocean and sail meshes.

Current version was posted in jun22, compiled with Delphi 11.1 Alexandria.
