Thailand: Plans end date set to 5 years #1689

Some plans end dates are being set to 5 years from the date the plan was created which should not be the case.

Here is a sample plan on Thailand Preview.

This issue is affecting case triggered plans.
This issue seems to have started when plan generation was shifted from moved Nifi to OpenSRP.
Here is the first plan which had a 5 years gap end date.
