getting devcontainer working on Linux with podman

I did the following on my Fedora 39:

1. Install VS Code from Official MS repo and devcontainers extension
2. install podman-docker (not sure if its actually required, but I have it installed, just a wrapper for podman
3. sudo nano /usr/local/bin/docker

exec podman "$@"```
sudo chmod +x /usr/local/bin/docker 
(not sure if this is required, but some of the stuff on google suggested it)
4.  add the extra podman stuff to the devcontainer.json file:
```  // Podman below here are all podman settings
  "workspaceMount": "source=${localWorkspaceFolder},target=/workspace,type=bind,Z",
  "workspaceFolder": "/workspace",
  "runArgs": [
    "--userns=keep-id:uid=1000,gid=1000"
   ],
   "containerUser": "vscode",
   "updateRemoteUserUID": true,
   "containerEnv": {
     "HOME": "/home/vscode"
   }```
Note! - Workpsace mount bits are to get around SELINUX
