Lost connection to server

I'm using Radio with nextcloud.
But now I got the information: Lost connection to server.
I did a little research and found out that the URL www.radio-browser.info is not valid anymore.
The new URL is api.radio-browser.info.
Also some of the api has changed.
Will You fix this issue?

Hey thank you for reporting. I'm currently not maintaining this app but if you have a working pull request, you can submit it here https://git.project-insanity.org/onny/nextcloud-app-radio I'm happy to merge it :)
