Resolve posthog

Description

Fixes mysterious Posthog issue

• Posthog issues are processed async- we were killing process in background workers before the Posthog task could complete. We now flush immediately and log any errors with submitting the Posthog event

• Test locally with Multi tenant- successfully indexing
• Test in cloud - successfully indexing
