support skip parameter even on old plugin mechanism

  • allows to bypass jgitver in IDE not supporting it while loading the projects
  • in the IDE.
  • By setting jgitver.skip, no failure is raised anymore.
  • For Intellij IDEA:
    • go into Settings > Buld, Execution, Deployment > Build Tools > Maven > Importing
    • in VM options for importer add "-Djgitver.skip=true"
  • fixes #70

  • System property "jgitver.pom-replacement-phase", allows to control this default phase.
  • For example running: mvn install -Djgitver.pom-replacement-phase=validate will execute
  • the goal as the very first goal during a normal build flow.
