Make the co-sign data available for registration mail

As a form designer i want to include more information about the co-signer in the registration mail. Currently only the value of the co-sign field is available (which is the e-mail used to send the co-sign request) but it is desirable to be able to include any/all of the co-sign data:

Refinement: looking at https://open-forms.readthedocs.io/en/stable/manual/templates.html#registratie-e-mail the {{ co_signer }} variable exists, but that one appears to only support Cosign V1. Check if this is correct and figure out how to make it support Cosign v2.

Note that we only have the BSN available.
