Describe the bug

The .sauced.yaml file includes users emails with the noreply.github email. However, they are missing the user id at the beginning which means they aren't receiving attribution in the CODEOWNERS file.

To fix that:

  1. Change BekahHW@users.noreply.github.com to 34313413+BekahHW@users.noreply.github.com.
  2. Add rhawrot@gmail.com to BekahHW.
  3. Run codeowners generate command.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Check the .sauced.yaml file
