Leap "official update" link to patchinfo packages

Describe the bug
On the package page, in the Leap section, the "official update" is not to the source package in OBS but rather to a "patchinfo" OBS package.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://software.opensuse.org/package/salt
2. Click on "official update" under "openSUSE Leap 15.2"
3. Result: Visit https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE%3ALeap%3A15.2%3AUpdate/patchinfo.14360 (at the time, it's not a stable link)

Expected behavior
The link should point to https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/openSUSE:Leap:15.2:Update/salt

This can also cause the wrong version to be displayed, e.g. in for Leap 15.3's glibc: 2.26, which is in patchinfo packages. 2.31 is actually used in Leap 15.3 and inherited from SLE 15 SP3.
