This is being done to allow tools to still function with old data affected by this. Fix will display a warning instead of failing.

Bug fixes in checksum calculations and improvements to caom2-checksum

• Fixed a bug in SimpleObservations to prevent and extra field from being used in the checksum calculations
• Improved caom2-checksum to have the output more close to the one the Java verification produces
• Code to prevent the use of checksum without scheme/algorithm specified.
